NEW: WORK4Women, developed with the FORTH innovation method

The popular Dutch womens magazine Margriet and the temporary employment company Tempo-Team introduce: Work4Women. This is a new temporary employment company specifically for women over 30 years who like to combine paid work and family successfully. Work4Women offers guidance and support in finding a suitable job. This lowers the threshold for women to participate in the labor market.
Leontine van den Bos, editor Margriet: "In the Netherlands, 1.4 million women do not have paid employment. We know that a large part of them would like to work, but they experience all kinds of obstacles. They are uncertain about their own capabilities, have long been out of work or worry about the quality of child care. The new initiative is aimed at precisely these women to get a job. That gives them greater economic independence and improves their personal development. Margriet reaches them weekly and can provide them with important information, such as this collaboration with Tempo-Team. "
