Six companies go FORTH in the Netherlands

Six companies from the Netherlands start April 6 with the FORTH innovation method to ideate new services and products. The joint venture is directed by Joris Castermans innovation comsultant at Syntens.
In 20 weeks each company goes with its multidisciplinary team of approximately 5-10 people throughout the FORTH process. The six FORTH innovation projects run parallel to each other. The director of each company is formally sponsor and the innovation manager is the project manager. During the FORTH innovation process they follow with the participants of the other companies the FORTH ideation process in seven facilitated sessions. These sessions are facilitated by Gijs van Wulfen, founder of the FORTH innovation method.
