FNV Formaat starts a FORTH innovation project

FNV FORMAAT is the Dutch market leader in participation of employees within organisations and provides education, training, courses and advice for works councils. FNV Format is an independent organization with its own position and role with FNV and the unions. Around 110 trainers and advisers are almost every day active in training and advice. In different areas. Whether it be skills or work council issues. Trainers size have very different backgrounds. From lawyers to organizational psychologists, P & O until Reintegration Specialists.
In the future to remain a serious partner in the field of labor relations, connection to the this market is essential. And that is a wider market than that of work councils. Therefore FNV Formaat starts on January 8, 2010 a FORTH innovation project for new products and services (in the broad sense) in the field of labor relations. Target groups include individual employees, union members, union directors, works council members, HR professionals and managers. The challenge is to develop four new products of which the first will be launched in 2010. FORTH founder Gijs van Wulfen facilitates the methodology and Yvonne Muris, is the internal project leader.
With a team of thirteen people it again promises an exciting and innovative journey.
