New business models

The Consumers Association (Consumentenbond) in the Netherlands represents the interests of all consumers. Their mission is to enable consumers to make choices easier and better, respecting people and the environment. The Dutch Consumers Association has 480.000 members in The Netherlands, which is the most  of all European consumer organizations.
 
The Consumers Association likes to innovate more radically than in the past. The mission of the FORTH innovation project was to develop new services with great added value for the members of the association with innovative payment models.

The FORTH innovation method was an inspiring pressure cooker in which a very large number of ideas converged into 4 mini-business cases, which are now in development. The project approach provided a fresh mix of creativity and unorthodox business professionalism. We made use of our internal expertise of our key customers and combined this with a critical external view. Humour and then again 'the finger on the sore spot' characterised this successful innovation project.
